Cucurbita pepo 43 days.  Averaging 7–8 inches long and 3 inches wide, these smooth-skinned squash have lustrous, shadowy, intense green skin and an attractive, cylindrical shape. The fruit’s pale white flesh is dense with a mellow, satisfying flavor. Raven’s smaller-statured plants are gardener-friendly with an open habit and minimal spines, making it easy to locate and harvest the fruit.
